Yoga Classes
Our beginner friendly, all levels flow is a balanced, full body yoga practice. Located at the Felton Community Hall, this class is perfect for beginners and returning yogis. Whether you’re new to yoga or reigniting your practice, you are welcome here.
Each class includes a warming flow followed by a mini workshop exploring a specific pose, and finally, the class concludes by slowing down for a series of stretches that will leave you feeling refreshed.

All you need for our beginner yoga class is a yoga mat, a water bottle for hydration, and an open heart!

We have one extra mat available for students on a first come, first served basis. We recommend purchasing a yoga mat if you do not have one, since they are useful for all kinds of exercises and activities.

Yoga is about self discovery and developing peace of mind, therefore modifying to fit your needs is built into the class. This beginner class includes a brief, guided meditation and your teacher will break down each pose as the class progresses. We can guide you on how to use props to adjust for tight hamstrings, shoulders, hips or injuries.
The beginner series is designed to build strength, flexibility, and knowledge of yoga foundations by repeating the same sequence each week. You'll be able to see progress over time and gradually learn new poses.
